Teresa Mapes was an excellent realtor. Even though the listing was 55 miles from her home, she was there for me. Her communication skills were amazing in that I had text/email access to her at all times. The negotiation needed her “Get it done” attitude when it was discovered the seller was ‘dragging their feet” when it came to completing various paperwork needs. Her gentle spirit showed when she genuinely cared about my family.

We absolutely love our Realtor Steven LaDart. He was able to do what 4 other realtor over 4 years and thousands of houses later could not . In about 8 months with him as our Realtor we found our perfect home. Nothing was too crazy for him, he would send us houses ,we would also send him houses, his wife Nicole was even looking for us,we were a team and then we would go look. He was very patient with us because I like to hike around the property. He made looking at homes enjoyable. As a buyer this housing market is crazy, but Sam went above and beyond to get us into our first home! She was always available to answer our questions and since we were first time buyers we had so many of them, if it was something she was unsure of she had a great team at eXp Realty to refer to.
