We had a great experience working with Steven LaDart. We were moving from out of state with a short timeline and not many options that met our criteria. With all that said he was able to help us find a great home and work through a few dumps from the seller side to get us to closing on time.

Yes, she’s very knowledgeable about market but more importantly she’s very personable which helps to reduce so much do the stress that is part of the home buying process. Brandee and her team did a great job of listing and advising along the way. We started the sale late in the Fall, with a lot of product on the market. Based on feedback and showings, Brandee made recommendations based on the local market that put us in a position to drive more activity. We we able to get a deal in the midst of the COVID crisis, which was just another obstacle that Brandee helped us navigate.

Brandee and her team are the best in Real Estate. Brandee knows this business inside out and worked with us all the way through the process, giving us the best advice as well as answering all the questions we had, making sure we understood every aspect of our new home purchase and also helped us sell our previous home. Her office team is always on top of everything, making sure paperwork gets processed in a timely manner. Everyone is very nice and very professional, and they all make you feel you are the only and number one client and their only priority. I recommend this team 100%.

Escalante offered a system notifying me by email each day of condominiums for sale in the areas of Dallas in which I expressed interest. Shea Dowell whom I had never met was the named contact. Her persistence resulted in my asking her to show me a variety of properties and over time we narrowed my choices down. Shea was patient and offered expertise and was quite fun to work with. Success! Working with Shea we negotiated on the condo I liked from early on and I bought it. Shea and the Escalante team were excellent in making my purchase happen. We worked with Libby Zimmerman and she went above and beyond for us throughout the entire experience. She was available pretty much 24/7 (even when she was in the hospital and should’ve been off duty!) She always reached out to sellers, realtors, builders, etc whenever we asked and she was prompt in responding. We absolutely love our Realtor Steven LaDart. He was able to do what 4 other realtor over 4 years and thousands of houses later could not . In about 8 months with him as our Realtor we found our perfect home. Nothing was too crazy for him, he would send us houses ,we would also send him houses, his wife Nicole was even looking for us,we were a team and then we would go look. He was very patient with us because I like to hike around the property. He made looking at homes enjoyable. Now let me tell you my husband and I are not easy people that look at houses I want different and unique and we both had a long list of wants in a house. My husband is the money and numbers man. So he would look at things and say I would like to retire in the future and this house is not showing me that in my future. So we would keep looking. Then we found the one and talked to Steven . I was warned that the home buying process was a nightmare, and was ready to dread the upcoming months after we decided we were going to buy a house. Fortunately enough for us, Libby Zimmerman made it such a seamless process that it didn't feel like a weight on our shoulders, especially in a crazy market. I recently had Arron Young as my realtor! He's absolutely the best! So passionate in his work ethics and very professional! I've worked with pushy realtors before but Arron is far from being pushy. He was so prompt in returning every call and message! He definitely worked so hard for me to get into my new house! He was aware of want I liked, wanted, didn't want and it definitely showed with the houses he picked for me to look at. I had surgery and a few occasions he went to look at the house for me and face timed since I couldn't walk! His help was very appreciated and if buy again, Arron will be the first person I call!
